William Dixon is a globally recognized expert in national security and cyber risk, with a career spanning top-tier intelligence, international policy, and global finance. He currently serves as a Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).  

Previously, William was a senior executive at Barclays, serving as the Global Head of Intelligence, and led the World Economic Forum’s work on Future Networks and Technology. He began his career within the UK Intelligence Community at GCHQ.
